We are happy to take returns. We understand things happen. It is a part of doing business.
Please ship any products you are returning in the original product boxes or trays, if they came in a product box or tray. If you do not have the original boxes or trays, please pack them with enough packing materials to ensure they arrive undamaged.
All returns go back through our QC department for evaluation. Many times product is returned that we can repair or fix. If it is damaged by lack of packing material we cannot issue you a full refund. If it is returned without the original packaging and we cannot return it to stock, we cannot issue a full refund.
If we find the returned goods have arrived damaged or without the original packaging, we could assess up to a 20% restocking fee against the RMA.
