Questions About Your Order

Question: Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Answer: We have no minimum order requirements, but a Blind Shipment Service Fee of $7.50 will be added to your invoice for orders that are blind shipped directly to your customer.
   
Question: What types of payment do you accept?
Answer: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, check, COD, PayPal and wire transfers.
   
Question: What carriers does Refurb Supplies use for shipping?
Answer: FedEx, UPS, USPS and trucking companies for pallet shipments.
   
Question: How much does shipping cost?
Answer: We do not add "handling" fees to your shipping costs. Shipping fees are your chosen carrier's standard shipping charges. Rates depend on zip code destination, weight and package size.
If you have an account with a carrier, we can also ship goods on your account.
   
Question: Are shipping charges added to orders placed on the web at the time of checkout?
Answer: No they are not. When you check out, no shipping charges are shown in the total amount due on your order. However, you will be billed for shipping. The charges will be added to your invoice after your order has been processed.
   
Question: Do you ship internationally and if yes how much does shipping cost?
Answer: Yes, we ship internationally at the rate of the chosen carrier. Rates depend on zip code destination, weight and package size.
   
Question: Do you calculate duties and taxes for orders shipping outside the US?
Answer: We don't know what they are. Only the customs people do.
   
Question: How can I track my order?
Answer: Orders can be tracked with the tracking number. Your tracking number will be emailed to the address on file for your account.  You can give us a call at 866-789-5656 to receive your tracking number or access your account online at www.refurbsupplies.com if you do not receive it.
   
Question: How can I change or cancel my order?
Answer: Contact one of our sales team members at 866-789-5656 and they can assist you in changing or canceling your order.

Questions About Returns

Question: What is your warranty policy?
Answer: We are in the business of making customers happy and solving their problems. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or performance of any item, or if any item is incorrect, call us at 866-789-5656 for an RMA number and we will replace it, issue you a credit or refund your money.

Cordless handset batteries are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from your purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage to the product due to accident, misuse or abuse.

 

If for some reason one of our batteries does not perform to standards, we will gladly replace it for you. Please remember to have the 11 digit numeric code from the white barcode label on the battery available.

 

We can not honor any warranty on a battery with a damaged or missing warranty barcode label. Credit can not be given on any battery returned with a label that shows signs of tampering.

 


I/C chips are subject to failure verification upon returning the items to us and no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident or modification or has been soldered or altered in any way.
   
Question: I have ordered something in error, can I return this item?
Answer: Everyone makes mistakes and we understand. Yes, an item can be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice if the product has not been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, modification or has been altered in any way.
   
Question: Do you have a restocking fee?
Answer: We do not normally charge a restocking fee.  If you return a product that is no longer needed, we will accept it back.  If the product is returned in the same condition it was sent to you in, including boxes or packaging when necessary, we will not charge a restocking fee.  If the product is returned and we can no longer sell it as new (missing boxes, etc), we may charge up to a 20% restocking fee.
   
Question: What is the procedure for replacing a defective item?
Answer: We appreciate your time and apologize for any inconvenience. Call us at 866-789-5656 for a replacement. We will issue you an RMA order number that needs to be written on the outside of your package. Ship the item back to us by UPS ground, at our expense.
Question: Who is responsible for the cost of replacing defective equipment?
Answer: If it is broken, we'll get the problem solved. We are responsible for getting replacement equipment to you and for the cost of freight associated with returning the defective equipment to us. We pay the shipping fees; you already paid for shipping once!

Refurb does not mean that we refurbish the phones or that our products are refurbished!

Question: How can I become a net terms customer?
Answer: Contact our accounting department to request a credit application. Once you have completed the application return it to us by Email, fax or mail. Within 3 days of receipt, we contact your trade references and bank to determine your payment terms. We will inform you if we are unable to contact your trade references. Upon approval, information about your payment terms will be mailed to you.
